1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This agreement describes the general terms and conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions") applicable to the use of the services offered by Slideprop.com LLC, ("the Services") within the site www.Slideprop.com ("Slideprop.com" or the "site"). Any person (hereinafter "User" or plural "Users") who wishes to access and/or use the site or services may do so subject to the General Terms and Conditions, together with all other policies and principles that govern Slideprop.com and which are incorporated herein by reference. ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES. The User must read, understand and accept all the conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policies as well as in the other documents incorporated therein by reference, prior to registering as a User of Slideprop.com The search service for real estate sales and rental offers on Slideprop.COM (hereinafter the "Service") is offered by Slideprop LLC, in its capacity as responsible for the operation and exploitation of the site www.Slideprop.com (hereinafter in more the "Site"), to the users (hereinafter individually the "User" and generically the "Users") who access and use the Site in order to proceed to the search for properties, on the condition that they accept without any object to each and every one of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS described below.
2. SCOPE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Ability . The Services are only available to persons who have the legal capacity to contract. People who do not have that capacity, minors or Users of Slideprop.com who have been temporarily suspended or permanently disabled may not use the services. If you are registering a User as a Company, you must have the capacity to contract on behalf of such entity and to bind it under the terms of this Agreement. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the regulations that complement them will only be applicable to the services and content provided and/or accessible directly on the Site and not to those that Users can access through a hyperlink (link), a bar co-branded, and/or any other navigation tool located on the Site that leads them to navigate to a different resource. The probable appearance of said links on the Site does not imply in any way the assumption of guarantee by Slideprop.COM about the products, services or programs contained in any page linked to the Site by such links. Slideprop.COM declares that it has not reviewed any of the pages that can be accessed from the Site and, consequently, disclaims any responsibility for their content. In view of this, the use of the links to navigate to any other page is at the sole discretion and risk of the Users.
3. ENTRY AND PUBLICATION OF ADS:
The ads published on Slideprop belong to associated portals, it is not possible to publish a classified ad through the Site directly, only through one of the active members. Registration is used only to save favorites and set alerts for delivery of related ads. The User must register and correctly enter their personal data Slideprop.COM may control it, proceeding, among other criteria, to reviewing their account and even removing it from the Site if its content does not correspond to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. A suspended user may not re-register without prior permission from Slideprop.com. In case of doing so, the new account will be suspended immediately. The different types of current notices and their respective values are available in the publication process.
4. CONDUCT OF USERS
Since Users may establish contact via email with those who offer the properties included in the Services, they agree not to use the Service -by sending such emails- to: address the bidders by sending, or directly offering or publishing, illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, racist, discriminatory, aggravating, insulting material or material that affects the privacy of individuals; address bidders by sending, or directly offering or publishing, own or third-party photographs, whose image is obscene, immoral or contrary to good customs; targeting bidders by submitting, or directly offering or posting, material by misrepresenting your identity; targeting bidders by submitting, or directly offering or posting, infringing material; as well as violate any applicable local, federal, national or international legislation; target bidders by submitting, or directly offering, publishing, or creating, a personal database of third parties;
5. QUALITY OF PROMOTED PRODUCTS
All the information about the properties offered on the Site is provided either by real estate agents and/or private bidders, being therefore their exclusive responsibility, as well as and consequently, any guideline referring to their commercialization. The Site does not pretend to contain an exhaustive list of all the goods on the market and Slideprop.COM does not represent or guarantee in any way that there are no other goods on the market, even more convenient, in price or conditions, nor that there are no other goods that fulfill the same function as those published on the Site. Consequently, Slideprop.COM strongly suggests that the information provided by the Site regarding the published goods be the subject of an independent and proper investigation of whoever is interested in them, not assuming Slideprop.COM any type of responsibility for the incorrectness of the information, its outdated or falsity. Slideprop.COM does not assume any obligation with respect to the Users and is limited only to publishing on the Site in a similar way to that in which a telephone book or the classified section of a printed newspaper would do it, the data of the bidders of goods in the way in which such data has been provided by such bidders. Slideprop.COM is not the owner, possessor and/or holder of the goods that are advertised, and therefore does not guarantee in any way said goods, either with respect to their quality, delivery conditions, or with respect to any other aspect, nor does it guarantee to the Users regarding the existence, credit, capacity or any other aspect of the bidders of such goods. Consequently, any hypothetical contract for the sale of products or contracting of services by the Users with the bidders of the goods, is made outside the sphere of participation of Slideprop.COM and without its intervention, directly between the offeror and whoever is purchaser of the good or service offered by him. For this reason, Slideprop.COM does not grant a guarantee of eviction or for hidden or apparent defects of the goods published by the offeror and acquired and/or contracted by whoever decides to do so. Likewise, Users accept and acknowledge that Slideprop.COM does not control or supervise compliance with the legal requirements to offer and sell the goods that are the subject of publication, or the capacity and legitimacy of the bidders to promote, offer and/or sell your goods or services.
6. PUBLICACION DE ANUNCIOS DESTACADOS
A favor de todo aquel anunciante que contrate la publicación de cierto aviso que promueva la venta y/o alquiler de una propiedad del tipo casa o departamento, como anuncio destacado en los listados de propiedades en el sitio, en su categoría, nacerá el derecho a que dicha publicación sea replicada en el Sitio. Se deja expresamente aclarado que en lo atinente a modalidades de contratación de los servicios de publicación de anuncios destacados, resultarán de aplicación las condiciones que pueden ser accedidas durante el proceso de contratación.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for any affirmation and/or expression and/or act celebrated by sending an email through the mechanism provided for that purpose by the Site. Users accept and acknowledge that Slideprop.COM will not be liable, contractually or extracontractually, for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, derived from the use of the Service and/or the publication of the Notices or their content.
8. INDEMNITY
Users assume full responsibility before Slideprop.COM and third parties for damages and/or losses of any kind that are generated as a result of the use of the Service, and must indemnify and hold Slideprop.COM and third parties harmless against any claim (including professional fees ) that could correspond in the cases indicated.
9 . MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Slideprop.COM reserves the right to modify the Service, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the regulations that complement them, at any time and as many times as it deems appropriate, without the need to notify Users in advance. As such, it advises Users to periodically review the rules that regulate the Service. Users may not hold Slideprop.COM and/or any third party responsible for the suspension or termination of the Service.
10. USERS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk; Slideprop.COM does not guarantee that the Service is adequate for your needs; The Service may be suspended or interrupted, or terminated by Slideprop.COM; The Service may contain errors. It is forbidden to publish advertisements without the proper authorization of the owner of the property. Slideprop.COM will not be responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, including, without any limitation, damages caused by the loss or deterioration of information; Offerors are solely responsible for the content of the information published through the Service. Slideprop.COM reserves the right to suspend any account if complaints are received associated with the violation of these terms and conditions. The Service may not always be available due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or for any other reason beyond Slideprop.COM, for which Slideprop.COM cannot be held responsible; The content of the different screens of the Site, together with and without being considered a limitation, its programs, databases, networks and files, are the property of Slideprop.COM: its improper use as well as its unauthorized reproduction may give rise to to the corresponding legal actions; The use of the Service may not, under any circumstances, be interpreted as an authorization and/or granting of a license for the use of the intellectual rights of Slideprop.COM and/or a third party; The use of the Internet in general and of the Site in particular, implies the assumption of risks of potential damage to the User's software and hardware: for this reason, the terminal equipment from which the User accesses the Site would be in a position to be attacked. and damaged by the action of hackers who could even access the information contained in the User's terminal equipment, extract it, steal it and/or damage it; At the same time, the exchange of information through the Internet implies the risk that such information may be captured by a third party: Slideprop.COM is not responsible for the consequences that such a hypothesis could bring to the User; Slideprop.COM has no obligation to retain information that it has made available to Users.
11. RATES. BILLING
Registration at Slideprop.com is free. However, there are charges associated with Featured Ads, which are optional where the User must pay a charge subject to the current rate. For the use of the Featured Services, the Seller User must pay a fee ("Fee") to Slideprop.com within 72 hours from the date of publication of the notice, otherwise said featured ad service will be deactivated by Slideprop. with discretion. Slideprop.com reserves the right to modify, change, add, or eliminate the current rates, at any time, which will be notified to the Users, 10 days prior to the modification. However, Slideprop may temporarily modify the Rate Policy and the rates for its services due to promotions, these modifications being effective when the promotion is made public or the announcement is made. Slideprop.com reserves the right to take the judicial and extrajudicial measures it deems pertinent to obtain payment of the amount due. In the event that charges have been invoiced that did not correspond, the User must contact our Customer Service team to resolve said issue.
12.REGULATION OF REGISTRATION OF ADS OR CLASSIFIED.
Ads that do not refer to real estate issues or derived from these issues are not accepted. Duplicate ads are not accepted. Ads published with false names or incomplete data are not accepted. All kinds of advertisements about minors are prohibited, whether related to work, sex, prostitution or commerce, adoptions, illegal gambling, lottery, smuggling, request for money, weapons, rifles, shotguns and explosive material, black magic, missing persons, sects, religions, politics, donation, request or sale of organs, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, food, surrogate mothers, any advertisement that exchanges sex for work or any other offer, any advertisement related to violence, any advertisement dealing with racial discrimination . Only one property can be published per ad.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the regulations that complement them, constitute a legal agreement between the Users and Slideprop.COM, to which the laws of the Argentine Republic will be applied, being competent for any controversy that may arise, the national courts in the commercial with a seat in the City of Córdoba. The use of the Service is expressly prohibited in any jurisdiction where the conditions established in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS cannot be applied. If the Users use the Service, it means that they have read, understood and agreed to the aforementioned rules. If you do not agree with them, you have the option not to use the Service. Any notification or other communication that must be made under these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, must be made in writing: (i) to the User, to the email account entered by him in case of having established contact by such means with one or more bidders; or (ii) to Slideprop.COM, to the email account info@Slideprop.com. IN NO CASE DOES THIS INFORMATION CONSTITUTE A CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENT.
